Restaurant Seating and Reservation 

Reservations are available online at www.biscuitsandjams.com. Unfortunately, parties 7 or larger cannot make an online reservation or walk-in at Biscuits & Jams. We recommend contacting the restaurants directly in advance.

To ensure seating on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, reservations must be made via our website at biscuitsandjams.com. If no available times are present for the party size via the reservation system, we may be completely booked for that date and/or time.

100 percent of your party must be present to be seated within the 10 minute grace period (no exceptions).

Walk-in seating for parties 6 or less is available Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays if seating is available. We do not split parties.

Walk-in weekend and holiday seating is not guaranteed and may not be available for any size party.

All children including infants must be included in the party size upon booking.

Gratuity: 18% automatic gratuity is added to all tickets. Togo orders and party seatings over 6 will incur a 20% gratuity. ***No Togo Orders on weekends or holidays.

Notice for Large Party Reservations

To ensure efficient planning and exceptional service for large party reservations, this policy outlines the requirements for booking and confirmation.

All large party reservations (defined as parties of 7 or more guests must be requested a minimum of seven days in advance. This allows our team to adequately prepare for your visit and ensure the best experience possible.

Guests must submit their reservation requests via email reservations@biscuitsandjams.com during our administrative hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
While we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, please note that requests submitted after business hours or over the weekend may not receive a response until the next business day.

Once your reservation request is received, our team will confirm availability and finalize the details within 48 hours. Reservations are not considered confirmed until you receive an acknowledgment from us.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees or penalties.
