Founder / Head Chef

Co-Founder / Head Chef
Chef Christian a native to Memphis by way of St. Louis, MO. has always had a love for
making culinary masterpieces of art. Growing up as a young kid and seeing Chefs make
amazing dishes by taking simple ingredients and turning them into something extraordinary
truly inspired Chef Christian to find his true passion for cooking. In 2015, he graduated from
Lecole Culinare and began his tutelage as a Sous Chef under Chef Keith, Chef Shanon Arnold,
Chef Nicole Fitzgerald and many other local remarkable Chefs. The knowledge and culinary
skills he gained during that time gave him the motivation to become a Private Chef and Caterer
serving Shelby County Schools, Lincoln Heritage, and countless others. Chef Christian now
has the privilege of taking what he has gain over the years into his very on venture as the co-
owner and Executive Chef of Biscuits and Jams.
